The candidate must have:
- A degree in English Language and Literature or a recognised equivalent qualification
- Teaching license (where required)
- Experience in teaching children and adolescents
- Ability to organise lessons and adhere to a teaching schedule
- Team spirit and a professional attitude
- Consistency, responsibility, and a love for teaching
- Strong communication skills with students and parents
- Willingness to follow a shared educational philosophy and teaching approach
